We specialize in providing the installation of protective and decorative epoxy floor coating systems to interior concrete floors.
This would include Residential Garage Floors, Commercial Concrete Floors, and Industrial Concrete floors.

BENEFITS of an EPOXY FLOOR:
Protective floor coatings prevent concrete floor dusting, staining, wear, as well as protection from the damage caused by de-icing salts and other chemicals.
Our coating systems can provide your floor with a safe, durable, seamless, sanitary, allergen-free, easy-to-clean surface, while improving indoor air quality, lighting, and aesthetics.
The appropriate epoxy floor system can prevent costly floor repairs, floor replacement, and reduce overall maintenance costs for many years.

SERVICES AVAILABLE:
1)  Moisture Testing your concrete floor slab in accordance with ASTM F2170 standards.  This is an often overlooked, but very important preliminary step and service we offer.  We recommend every client have moisture testing done before moving forward with a coating installation.  For starters, the test allows us to determine if your floor is suitable for a floor coating system.  It will also give us the data necessary to choose the appropriate coating system that will be most suitable for your floor.  Not all contractors place high importance on this crucial step, but it is an important preventive measure that can help reduce risk of a future flooring failure (delamination of coatings from floor due to excessive moisture vapor transmission in a floor).

2)  Cleaning/Degreasing/Power-Scrubbing & Extracting to remove potential contaminants.  This is usually a necessary step in the preparation process for garages, shops, manufacturing, or other facilities that have used oils, greases, silicone products, and/or other maintenance fluids on the floor area to be coated.  Though a floor may look generally clean, these contaminants can be embedded into the surface pores of the concrete floor.  Such contaminants can cause epoxy, urethane, and other coatings to separate while being applied, and leave your finished floor looking less than desirable.
Degreasing prior to mechanically profiling the concrete, ensures a more thorough removal of any existing contaminants that may be in the floor surface.

3)  Edge-Grinding with diamond grinders to obtain appropriate surface profile for superior coating adhesion.
4)  Shot blasting of concrete floors to clean & obtain appropriate surface profile for superior coating adhesion.
5)  Crack-Repairs & Patching prior to coating system installation, to provide the best finished look possible.
6)  Installation of coating system on properly prepared floor surface.
